LubriBor® is a concentrated jet fuel, diesel, gasoline, heating oil and kerosene corrosion inhibitor/lubricity improver, designed to protect the quality of finished petroleum products and assure optimum corrosion protection for pipelines, tanks and fuel systems.

Remove any water or contamination present in the fuel prior to applying additive. For maximum corrosion protection, LubriBor should be added directly to the fuel as far upstream as possible. For most effective blending, use metered injection, or if splash blending, add the appropriate quantity of LubriBor to treat the entire fuel load during the loading of the storage tank of fuel transport. Only add to a fuel tank with at least 25% fuel load and only to tanks free of water and sediment.
Use LubriBor at a concentration of no less than one fluid ounce per 75 U.S. gallons of diesel fuel. The preferred method of blending is to apply the appropriate amount of LubriBor during fueling operations. Fill tank to one-half desired amount, apply proper dosage, then resume fueling operation.

Stadis® 450 is a non-metallic static dissipater additive that increases the electrical conductivity of distillate fuels, helping to reduce the risk of static discharge during mixing, transfer, and transport operations.

Stadis® 450 should be blended into the fuel either continuously or in batch form. Continuous dosing into the fuel is the preferred method. Ensure fuel is free from water and contamination prior to addition. Use only with compatible materials such as stainless steel tanks and Viton® or Teflon® gaskets.
Recommended treat rate is 0.1 – 1.0 lbs per 1000 barrels (0.29 – 2.9 mg/L) or 1.1 – 11.1 mL per 1000 gallons. Follow all storage and handling instructions. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet for safety and first aid information.

DCI-4A is a corrosion inhibitor and lubricity additive designed to protect fuel systems during storage and transfer. It provides excellent anti-corrosion and lubricity performance across a wide range of fuels including aviation gasolines, motor gasolines, and jet fuels.

DCI-4A should be added to fuel either as a concentrate or via stock solution using a small pump or eduction system. For optimal corrosion protection and lubricity enhancement, add directly into the fuel stream as far upstream as possible. Ensure compatibility with system materials and refer to the Material Compatibility and Safety Data Sheets before use.
Recommended treat rate is 2 – 4 ptb (6 – 11 mg/L). Maximum EPA-registered treat rate is 25 mg/L. Contact Innospec for EU import documentation under the Declaration of Conformity Program.
